I bought these after reading the excellent reviews. I was a little worried about the size of the capsules but although quite big, they are very easy to swallow and I do usually struggle with large tablets!I’ve been on these for 5 days now and have a number of auto-immune related problems which also cause fatigue. Since taking these tablets, I’ve been sleeping well, energy levels have increased and I feel so much better health-wise. I usually have back-ache after work and I’ve been pain free this week. I’m hoping they will help with migraines too, not had a migraine yet!As I have Ulcerative Colitis, Magnesium deficiency can be a problem so I’m very pleased I started taking these as even after 5 days, I am noticing an improvement in my health!

Hard to tell at the start, but being 8 tablets short is obvious when taken with 2 others which also have 365!

I buy these for the days where I don't get enough calcium from milk. Very cheap but stops you from being deficient which is really important. Don't taste of anything. Quite hard to swallow as they are quite large tablets. Good product.

I've been taking these at least six years as I can't get so much calcium in my diet these days. I've had only one significant cold in all that time.I've never experienced them passing through undigested as others have in these reviews. However, I have been breaking then up with my teeth since reading these just in case. I should say that it seems odd that people are proving there's some problem with them by dropping them in water. Most things we eat would behave the same - we digest with the acid in our stomachs, not a glass full of cold water. Anyway, a couple of chomps on them makes them easier to swallow and breaks into the coating.I've also read that most of the active ingredients can be taken any time of day and that vitamin D is better absorbed in fatty food, so I've started taking one later in the day with a bigger meal, a well as one with breakfast. It's early days, but I think this has improved my sleep a little. It must be better to spread the dosage too.

Looking for a multivitamin/mineral that I can take in one without having to fiddle around with lots of different bottles, this was the ideal product for me. I take a lot of vitamins and find I can forget them if they’re not combined into one, but with this packing such a punch I make sure I never forget it.Vitamin D is definitely something I’ve been in need of due to chronic back pain that means I struggle to leave the house. With summer here it’s easier to get out in the garden, but I think everyone should open their eyes to the many benefits of vitamin D as it’s so essential for mental health, not to mention the advantages to physical health.Magnesium is typically a big supplement to take so with all of these combined I thought the pills would be massive. They’re actually not too big and still easy to take with water in the morning after waking up and at night before going to bed.The combination in this is something I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking to ramp up your vitamin routine, or feel like you’re lacking any of these essential vitamins and minerals.

thought it s good value, i dont know how much ive benefited by taking them, but they seem to have vit d , magnesium. and what an older body needs - quite good value for money
