Gabriel, large breed mix (now is 22 & 1/2 in long; 16 .2 pound, 1 yr old, and still growing per the vet today) , testosterone heavy and was neutered early because of it. It helped but not enough. I tried the Calming care made by Purina/proplan but it just didn't work at all. He is the pickiest cat I have ever had! Will only eat chicken and now, finally he will eat turkey! He only smells the beef and runs from all fishy foods. Picky is truly an understatement.Gabriel LOVES THESE! He even trys to get in the bag before I open it!!!I love that they are all natural, I have gotten 90 supply and they retain their odor, flavor (per Gabe), size doesn't even matter to him as I could smash a piece and he would lick it up and keep licking hoping for more. (he is that way with all the pet honesty products we use!In Dec 2024, (yeah, I waited to do this review)I Gave this a try and started slow since I was already giving him the Pet Honesty Cat Multivitamin and just started him on the Pet Honesty Cat Hairball Support Chews, I didn't want to overwhelm his system. I only gave him 4 pieces the 1st time I gave them to him (he weighed 11 pounds) and was surprised when I saw calming effects in roughly an hour.I have increased the number of pieces (using average size scale) and today was proof enough that I need to increase the amount yet again, for his sake. Every cat is different and has different needs and different reactions. I will continue giving these to Gabriel and just evaluate as needed. How long did the effects last? I only used it to help him and ME through the night so I could sleep and before traveling in the car/vet. To be clear, I use this because of high testosterone levels that cause aggressive play/behavior and howling at night looking for a mate! These chews have stopped 98% of those behaviors. I don't think he knows he's neutered!!!

I bought these hoping they would help my baby. I was at a loss what to do after our devastating loss of my other cat. It was unexpected and we were both traumatized. I’ve never seen an animal actually mourn a loved one. We still have good days and bad days. I was surprised with this treat, she lives them, she eats them right up. She cries less, seems less jittery although she still cries out for him. I was at my last hope and I didn’t want to medicate her. I honestly believe these are helping her. Thank you. I recommend these and I’m thankful they are affordable, healthy and enjoyable for her.

We have an 8 year old Bombay/ Ragdoll mix. She is sweet and affectionate already but these treats make her more mellow and super snuggly. She weighs about 8-9 pounds and I give her anywhere between 2-6 of these at a time, up to 3 times per day. She likes the flavor and seems happy after she eats them. She has feline hyperesthesia and over-grooms herself. my hope is that overtime these treats might help relieve some of her anxiety and allow her fur to grow back on her belly and legs. The only reason I gave this product four stars instead of five is because it’s too soon yet to tell what the full effects will be.Pet Honesty’s cumin canine joint chews literally changed our dog’s life. We have a 12-year-old Teddy Roosevelt terrier mix, who a couple of years ago, was having such bad joint pain that if you touched him, he would yelp and whine. I took him in, scared we might lose him, and once they ruled out anything life-threatening, the conclusion was that he was most likely having joint pain. I found Pet Honesty’s canine cumin joint chews and after giving him 1 a day (he weighs 25 pounds) for about a week or so he was back to jumping, walking, and running. Truly amazing! We trust this brand 100%.

I got this product in hopes of helping my 1yr old cockapoo that I adopted(20lbs) He had been neglected in his first home and second home had no rules or boundaries. So he's a mess. He's EXTREMELY stressed and anxious. Which causes him to get very excited as well. Cries for everything even when excited & trembles as well. At night he was restless pacing back and forth causing me to lose sleep as well. Well after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I gave one to my pup about an hour before bed since it states that it does contain melatonin. I thought he would chomp it down like a treat. NEGATIVE. He spit that thing out so fast! He was not having it. I don't blame him. The smell is horrible!!!! He didn't like it at all. I basically had to crush it and force it down. It took a minute. But after doing so within an hour I noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE in his behavior. He was EXTREMELY calm. No crying, the most relaxed I have ever seen him(I've had him for 3 weeks now). We got ready for bed. Laid down and he calmly went to his bed and laid down. I am in shock. All in all the product worked for us but the reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is because of the flavor and how much I struggled trying to get him to eat it. I literally kept having to open his mouth with my hands and sticking it over and over back in his mouth. I'm going to have to figure out a way to blended or mix it with something for him to eat it. Effectiveness:5 Taste:1=3 Overall rating.
