This is a great headphone. I use it on my travels and while focusing on painting or work. It does a decent job of blocking outside noise, helping me concentrate or sleep. It also comes with cables, so you can connect it on planes that don't support Bluetooth, making it very useful. This helps me get a good sleep while traveling as there's no noise and I can focus on listening to the Quran while flying. The headphones are also very comfortable to wear, even for long hours. The soft padding ensures my ears don't hurt, making it easy to use for extended periods. It also comes with an app (you can search for Sony Sound Connect) and can be used with 2 devices. I've had Sony headphones before and they just keep getting better. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very good sound quality. The noise canceling is outstanding, I cannot hear a single outside noise with the music on, on a low volume. Comfortable for the ears as it’s not too tight and light. They stay still on my head when I run or walk fast. One thing that I like is that there is no left/right so you can choose for yourself. It connects easily on different devices and it’s easy to switch between them. The thing that I am not very fond of is that you have to download a free app. The app itself is not very easy (but not hard neither) to setup and you have to create a sony account if you don’t have one. It’s annoying and I wish it would work without it. The last minor inconvenience is the fact that the headphones can’t fold. Only the pads can be turned in and out (only on 1 way though). Overall, they are very good. I wasn’t ready to buy the upper priced ones yet, but I am very happy with these for now. 100% recommended.

I like the quality of the sound and the battery life, however, the noise cancellation is not that much. In all, it is good.

When I opened and held the headphones, they felt different—much lighter than the ones I checked out in the store before purchasing on Amazon. The plastic material seemed cheap in comparison. I wasn't happy with the item. Then we tested the sound. When my husband put them on and played music, I could clearly hear it, even loudly, from outside the headphones. With the store-bought (original) pair, the sound was barely noticeable from the outside. So, we decided to return the Amazon pair and request a refund. That same day, we bought the headphones in-store, and you can definitely tell the difference between the two.

Bass and good anc quality

I received the product and at first the bottom seal was missing and the plastic film was also missing, which made me think the product was used but it was clearly written on the box that no plastic film was used so its ok, the product was brand new and with a good white cloth covering it, overall happy with the product but if u listen to music over half or over the half mark then there is slight noise leak but the headphones are loud enough under half so that's no a big issue, overall rating 9/10
