I started taking this multivitamin after looking for something better than the normal branded multivitamin that i usually buy each month. I was looking at a more 'Natural' multivitamin and this came on top time and time again from other reviews, it was praised for the high quality ingredients and a family member said he noticed a huge difference in his health and well-being. After using Naturelo One Daily i can honestly say i understand what he is talking about as i feel more alert, i have more energy and i have found i don't need a mid afternoon nap anymore.One of the things that i noticed was the levels of vitamins and minerals in it compared to the mega amounts found in most multivitamins these days. I never gave this much thought until I started looking into it, and realized that the reason there are such huge amounts in other multivitamins is because they aren't well absorbed, and therefore a lot has to be included. There is such a thing as getting too much of a good thing, and getting too much of your vitamins and minerals from your multivitamin instead of your food is hard of your body, this is the information i kept finding on the internet time and time again. The difference with this multivitamin is that they use the best possible ingredients available for example Folate (as Quarefolic), Methylcobalamin as B12, along with natural Vitamin C (Organic Acerola Cherries) and natural Magnesium.One of the other things I noticed about this multivitamin is that it also contains a Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend which is very rare in a Once Daily Multi. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and i will continue using Naturelo for this reason, I only want to consume natural things that have not been modified in labs, just read other reviews of this fantastic product. For what you get in this product verses the cost it is a absolute bargain.I have also been very impressed with the Naturelo company, they are very helpful in any advice or questions you may have and answer them on a very prompt basis. I am very pleased i found this product and will be buying more from then shortly.

I did alot of research (too much frankly) into Multivitamins and more importantly quality Multivitamins. There's just no way I wanted to take a cheap synthetic poorly absorbed tablet with added nasty ingredients, the market is full of them. Naturela isn't one of those. It's as natural as a Multivitamin can be and a definite quality product which is reflected in the price. Only taken about 5 capsules so far so can't speak too much about how it's made me feel. I don't expect miracles though, just the assurance that my body is getting exactly what is stated on the label. The capsules are quite big but I've had no problems swallowing them. Fully recommend.EDIT... After further research I've realised that the dosages in this Multivitamin are quite low. I believe I would benefit more if the doses were higher, in particular Vitamins C, D and E, the B Vitamins and Selenium. I would prefer that the values on this multi were at least triple their current value to be more effective. Yes the current formula meets or comes close to meeting the DRV, but to fully reap benefits the values should really exceed the DRV rather than just hitting those marks. Those marks are the lowest recommendations for avoiding serious vitamin deficiencies but I would preferto go beyond that with a formula that's stronger. If Naturelo could come up with a mega dose multi thats significantly higher in its doses for each vitamin/mineral, I would be its first customer.

I've been pleased with these, they are by no means the cheapestmultivitamin on the market, but I really like the added extra of the fruitand vegetable extracts and the use, where possible, of natural ingredientsrather than synthetic.They also cover a much wider spectrum of vitamins andminerals than many on the market, I looked at a range of products in mylocal pharmacy to get a comparison. I've purchased the Women's version formyself and the Men's for my son who has been exhausted and, I think, prettylow on nutrients since he has been working all hours to finish his MScdissertaion. I do think they have helped keep him going.So all in all, a good start, also they arrived quickly and i was sent acouple of emails containing additional information

they are a little more expense compared to other brands but if you take 2 a day one in the morning with food and same in the evening like i do they will last 2 mounths so its not to bad at all especaly since i have tryed the others and they dont even come close to the qaulity here. i will buy them again.highly recomended.

Use one every day. Had blood work done by Doc for a leg infection, she was very impressed by my levels and had never seen such for a man in his late 60's.

This is the best supplement I have taken in 15 years of searching for the perfect multi. It contains vitamins and minerals in their best forms, extracted from fruit and vegetables. The doses are very safe and effective, and would help to prevent any nutritional deficiencies in your diet. For me, it’s a small price to pay for the health benefits you recieve, and at a very good price for what it is.You will see other vitamin brands can be cheaper on this site, but this is because they use cheaper ingredients that are both synthetic, and not as absorbable. Your body deserves the very best so don’t go for the cheap option.I will say however, I take a separate vitamin D3 supplement at a high dose in the winter months. Vitamin D deficiency is more common than you think. I take a dose of 5000iu alongside this. I also take a quality fish oil supplement. Something I believe most people should look into.I won’t hesitate to purchase this product again. I hope this helps.
