I have not had the food sources for vitamin E that I used to. I thought getting these would helpSIZEThese are pretty average sized capsules with liquid in them. They are not difficult to swallow.DIGESTION?These pills are not difficult to digest for me. I did not have any burping issues or headaches or other digestive upsets while taking these.DO THEY HELP?I know that vitamin E is not known to be really high energy in effect, but I do feel that taking these along with my usual supplements has helped me feel better overall. I have a bit more energy and feel more grounded if that makes sense.THE BOTTOM LINEThese seem to be helping me complete my vitamin regimen this winter. They are making me feel better than before I was taking them.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I would consider taking these again. So far I am happy with them.

I would not normally walk into a store and buy this. It is pricey and there are similar (but not comparable) products available, ie. ingredients are the same, but the amounts/ratios of ingredients are different. I did however, realize that something was missing from my vitamin/supplement shelf. ... And I really haven't thought about Vitamin E since the 80's (or whenever it was last a fad).I'm about half way through the bottle, have experienced no ill effects, and haven't noticed any obvious positive effects other than feeling good about getting a nutritional boost I know I don't get from my normal diet. (unbalanced vegetarian). The pills are a nice size easy to swallow -- they're a clearish gel that lets you see the oil inside them. As pills go, they're rather attractive/appealing.Label instructions are that the dosage is 1 pill per day, best taken with a fatty meal. And don't exceed recommended dosage.For anyone who's a stickler for Made In the USA - These are made in Europe, to European standards.

I have been wanting to try tocotrienols for awhile -- and jumped at the opportunity to try these. They're potent and pure, with no added buffers and fillers. The only other listed ingredient is the veggie capsule housing the shimmering golden yellow and orange liquid inside.According to the google, the primary difference between tocotrinols and standard vitamin e is thattocotrienols may provide more powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cholesterol-lowering properties, as well as potential anticancer and neuroprotective effects. Their potential is amazing.As always in these cases, please do your own research.My only big concern is the expense. At the current price (over $1 per day), I will need to see a considerable upside to switch from the usual tocopherols. But I'm thrilled that I'll finally get the chance to find out firsthand. Although cost must ultimately be a factor, I'm hoping these will become my new go-to when it comes to vitamin e!

This KALA HEALTH, Ultra Tocotrienol 200mg Vitamin E complex is what my 50 plus body has been craving.I was looking for vitamin E supplement to help with my heart and circulation, and what I didn’t expect, was that this supplement actually made my libido go through the roof!!!!And this was only after taking this daily for about 4 days. WOW!!!!What was weird was that I experienced this boost when I was talking Vitamin E in my late teens. I completely forgot how this vitamin affected my libido. And if it affects my libido this way, it’s obviously helping with my blood flow in my body.The bottle and capsules were dated and verified fresh upon inspection. The capsules are at least twice as large as the small little tear drop capsules you typically get when buying vitamin E at the store.This product gets 5x stars for its immediate positive results!!!!!

Tastes awful! I couldn't get it swallowed fast enough and it left a bad taste. I did not notice any benefits from taking this supplement. Maybe it's just me, as a senior citizen, the supplement is developed for my needs. Whatever the case, I stopped taking them and I feel no different and haven't noticed anything better or worse as a result. I would ask questions of the Seller before I purchased a supplement to make sure that your needs are considered and to understand how it will benefit you.

This is good vitamin E. It's actually a find.
