Since I started taking this for about 2 years now I'e been sick maybe once. I have 3 little kids who get sick at school all the time, so I'm pretty sure this stuff contributes to immune boost. I don't feel any other effects. There are no side effects like some vitamins that burn your stomach without food, etc. I plan to continue to use indefinitely.

This is so beneficial for concentration. I can tell the difference after using it in my coffee. It has a nice taste too. My husband and I are on our second order. Using it every morning. It’s a keeper!

These supplements definitely give the body a nice energy kick. And I have not been taking them for a long time either. I have been taking each one a day with my eggs, food, and after a few hours of consuming I noticed a change in my energy level. The taste wasn't bad either . Due note though that since I have a fast metabolism I can easily notice the effect in supplements along with being on the lean side,so if you have a different body and slow rate, it's probably going to be different. Overall for me I have really enjoyed taking these with my food and feeling the nice energy boost (that's all I really noticed, the other ones is still too early to tell as I haven't been taking so long)so for me I can proudly say the effects are prominent and will keep taking unless down the line I notice a issue with a breakout or something.

I ordered Fresh Cap in the past and it's been about a year and figured I needed some mushrooms in my diet. Things have changed, I received the product today and was kind of shocked how small the container is compared to when I ordered them year+ ago. I guess everything is getting more expensive and the quantity you get shrinks. I still like their product, just sad how expensive everything keeps getting.

Not one to leave a review on Amazon but wow.I’m not good at eating my veggies and have the BEST diet but very active for my age. An old athlete which means I have sore knees and legs. My left knee in particular would crack and the stiffness makes it hard to do certain mobility movements. A buddy told me sometimes inflammation causes knee pain and other nerve issues and recommended a mushroom supplement. Bought this for giggles to see if it would work. Not joking i am barely a week in, and my left knee has felt the best it has in 5 years, I could almost cry. Miracle stuff!
