El producto es una buena opción para utilizar la bicicleta con otro tipo de calzado que no sean las zapatillas, yo no tengo mucha fuerza en las manos, así que cuando lo coloco, presiono con mi pie para que se enganchen al pedal y me resulta muy difícil de desengancharlo; pero sí lo logro quitar sin herramienta adicional.

Not as comfortable as big flat pedals, but a decent compromise
I use my one bike for pretty much everything, so having the pedal plates to "go casual" on a ride is super convenient. You don't necessarily need tools to remove the plate from an SPD-SL pedal, rather enough strength and pulling at an unclipping angle to release the plate. The traction is pretty good for the size of the plate, too.

Pas compatible avec mes pedales automatique look
Pas vraiment compatible sur des pedales look keo easy. J'avais acheté cet article pour les monter sur un biking afin que ma femme puisse en faire en basket de tzmsp en temps. La cale se fixe de travers et est difficile à emboiter, malgré le fait d'avoir desseré le ressort de la pédale au maximum. Même constat pour retirer la cale du dispositif pédale, une galère. Produit à retravailler à mon sens.Pas convaincu
