Yes i am biologically a woman that takes this herb. I am 41 years old. I dont have any hormonal issues as far as i know, i am very healthy in general. I lead a very active lifestyle. I have done research on this herb before taking it. Tongkat works best on women with active lifestyles. I weight train daily and i use this as a preworkout because caffeine does not make me feel good. I noticed that i do go extra hard in the gym more than usual. It does not interfere with my sleep, in fact i sleep even deeper. Also my skin and hair looks really good. There is also maca in this which is supposed to be good for women. The dose is 400mg but i suggest starting low. I would say even 50mg but since one cap is 200mg which is what im taking, maybe itll be okay for you. I took 400mg at once before the gym and i didnt like the way i felt, felt too many butterflies in my stomach. 200 is the best for me. I do stack this with taurine and niacin. I think if youre sedentary, try to find a low dose brand. Im going to continue to use it daily or at least everytime i workout. I may cycle it for a month then one week off then again for a month and so on. Do your research ladies before you take it. I personally love it so far.

The product is close to its expiration date, and I am unable to use it. It doesn't make sense to purchase 300 pills intended for use over 10 months when they only have a validity of 2 months. This is a waste of money and unfair to pay for a product that is not usable for its intended duration.

I've used the Tongkat Ali for more than 3weeks and obviously there's a significant noticeable increase in energy. From my gym and weight exercises to mountain biking I experienced better endurance and strength compared to the days before taking the Tongkat Ali Supplement. I would recommend others who wished to enhance their physical performance to try Tongkat Ali.

Tried it and worked too good, testosterone was definitely raised and noticed the libido change too. It was a little too much for me but I’m young so probably unnecessary but nice to try. Great natural way to boost testosterone and drive.
