Be careful not to overcook
. It took a couple of tries to get this right. This pasta is great. However, I tried to make crock pot mac and cheese after cooking off pasta. While melting together, The pasta turned into grainy mush. I learned my lesson. Next attempt, ziti. This time I cooked off pasta, tossed it in olive oil, set aside one serving and stored the rest of the pasta plain in the fridge. Then I microwaved the serving with ricotta, Raos sauce and mozzarella for two minutes. It was perfection! I had it the next night too and the pasta stored perfectly. Next time I make mac and cheese I'll follow this guide by making cheese sauce separately and blending at the last minute. Enjoy!

A Keto MUST BUY. This is the one you’ve been looking for.
Taste and texture are perfect, hot and cold. I’ve tried every keto friendly pasta and hated them all except the one they sometimes sell at Costco and this is better by far. It does not require rinsing, has no odor, and the texture is just like normal pasta. I actually went and dug the packaging out of the trash because I thought there was some mistake and I had ordered normal pasta by mistake. Worth every penny.

Delicious, and fabulous texture
This pasta is great. Nice to be able to eat pasta again . It has enough protein in it, so I won’t add much to the sauce. The pasta has a great texture, and I’m having some more tomorrow . I will be buying it again. Hooray for this product.

Great low carb pasta!
Took longer to boil to get right consistency; but once there, flavor was great. My husband is a hard one to please and he really enjoyed his spaghetti with Pete’s noodles! Well buy again for sure!

Expensive but worth it
In my 3+ years on keto, I couldn't find an elbow macaroni that made edible baked mac and cheese--until now. Pete's has been a godsend. You have to cook it for a long time (20 minutes in the water, plus baking time), but it doesn't get gummy when baked, and it tastes like pasta! To me, that makes it worth the high price.

Spiked my sugar, but better than no pasta at all.
As an insulin resistant pre-diabetic, I pretty much eat low carb-it's the only way to keep from spiking, keep my weight in check, and keep my A1C from continuing to raise. But I miss my pasta, so I was happy to find something that was actually PASTA (not some weird attempt at a pasta substitute). Unfortunately, this caused me to spike higher than a normal meal and caused me to have a big dawn phenomenon fasting spike the next morning (which I have mostly stopped having since cutting out simple carbs), so it's not quite the miracle I was hoping for. Certainly better than regular pasta would be and maybe OK for the occasional indulgence, but certainly not something I could eat frequently. That said, it was an OK substitute. I boiled it for the full 20 minutes, maybe a little bit longer, and it was still quite al dente but an OK texture. I wouldn't say there was much flavor to note, I make a spicy pasta sauce and it's there to be pasta, not the main star...if you want to eat plain pasta you may be disappointed a bit, but otherwise it is just fine.

Surprisingly good
I wasn't sure about this as the reviews are mixed. I really like this pasta. It's extremely filling probably from the high fiber and high protein. I wish it weren't so expensive though.

What a delightful surprise!
This is the real deal! My husband is diabetic and one of the things he misses most is pasta. I made mac & cheese with the macaroni as a test. The taste and texture was spot on. And best of all, his blood sugar didn’t spike. I am a customer for life! Thanks, Pete!!
