Not the best flavour but does the job.
Love shot bloks, great for running, I way prefer these to gels which play havoc with my gut. I’m not mad keen on this flavour though, prefer the cherry/berry flavours they do.These are easy to carry, easy to consume on the run. I tend to take 2-3 packets with me on marathons and consume a couple of blocks every 4 to 5 miles. Seems to work well.

Sweet and salty
Most sports chews and gels are sickly sweet but these are a little bit salty, just like a margarita! They're really good and not claggy in the mouth like other energy chews/gels
