Good Back support, easy to adjust and secure it
Provided good support at my desk for a 9 hr work day and helped my back pain. It self inflated to a good size and a quick puff blew it up very tight. It has a push button release valve that lets air out to customize the fit to desired firmness. The air release is easy enough to use that I was able to just reach behind my back with one hand to release air and recap the plug to make it comfortable. Only had to do the at the start of the day so there was no leakage.All materials feel well made and durable. To travel with it, open the plug, push the release button and squeeze out the air. When deflated and secured with the elastic packing strap, it easily fits into the small travel bag it came with.I saw a couple of reviews that said the pillow strap wasn’t long enough to fit around the seat of their car but maybe they didn’t realize the packing strap is designed to clip on and extend the elastic strap sewn onto the pillow. When I clipped it on as an extension, it fit around my very large desk chair so I had no issue with size. Pics included to illustrate.

Endlich gefunden und keine Rückenschmerzen mehr!
Hatte mehrere manuelle Lordosenstützen ausprobiert, alle gingen zurück. Dieses bleibt für immer in meinen Opel Mokka 2022. Es hält die Luft seit 6 Wochen und begleitet mich täglich. Seit dem keine Rückenschmerzen mehr nach der längeren Autofahrt. Der Gurt hält es in der mittleren Position, für eine Höhenverstellung ist er zu schwach, aber da wo er im Winkel sitzt, tut er das was er soll, er drückt den unteren Rücken nach vorn. Den richtigen Druck kann man super durch die Luft einstellen, muss man ausprobieren, aber wenn man es geschafft hat - einfach mega!Ganz klar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sterne !

Easy to use and very comfortable.
I really like how comfortable this pillow is! It’s very soft, and yet enough density to provide great support for the back. It’s also very easy to inflate. The strap is elastic, and has an extension piece so it can either fit around your waist or around a large seat just fine. Or you can use it without the strap, just set it behind your back, and lean into it. For a person with lower back pain, I would recommend putting one of these in each of your vehicle’s and your favorite chair in the house. You won’t be sorry!

Was für eine Erleichterung!
Diese "Rolle" erleichtert mir nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall das allgemeine Sitzen auf Stuhl, Sessel, Sofa ... sowie das Autofahren. Hätte ich nicht erwartet. Ich möchte meine Rolle nicht mehr missen.

Like it and use it, but it's "smallest" size is still rather large (bulky)
There is really no problem with this, but don't love it as much as I could so only giving 4 stars.It is easy and convenient to "wear it", rather than placing it on the seat (I use it in our RV). But even when uninflated, sometimes it feels like "too much". And it's rather bulky, which is an issue in an RV (limited storage space).It's also comfortable. I sometimes realize I'm still wearing it while walking around a store! I like that it is so comfortable to just "wear" because I can wear it to drive, then change to passenger seat or inside the RV ... just keeps giving me the extra lumbar support I want when we're driving a lot.
