Hello my fellow Amazon users!I ordered this holder for my phone on 20 October 2024 and it was promptly delivered on 23 October 2024. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the phone holder and the way it worked, the mechanics of it all! The couple of items that I needed to assemble were easy to put together using the included instructions, and I had my new phone holder up and going in only a couple of minutes. Literally!Shortly before Thanksgiving, while putting my cell phone into the cradle, I squeezed the clamps that hold the phone securely in place a bit too hard, causing the right clamp to snap and break off. I honestly didn't know I was being that aggressive with it, but when I thought back I remembered that you don't have to squeeze the two clamps together very hard for them to do their job!I was saddened by my poor judgement and reasoning behind me squeezing the clamps together so hard that I broke one, when there was no reason whatsoever to do so. I just wanted to make sure my phone was securely in place and got overly paranoid about it falling out of the cradle, for no reason whatsoever.I got busy with Thanksgiving Holiday preparations and the phone charger incident became a memory until family members wanted to do a video chat call to catch up before the Holiday. That's when I remembered what I did to the phone holder and that it was no longer usable.I figured the time to talk to someone to find out my options, if any, had passed since the Amazon window/deadline for returns had passed on 22 November 2024 and it was now 23 November 2024.But I took a shot and sent LISEN an email using the "Get product support" tab, located right next to the item on the "Your Orders" page on my Amazon account. (The "Get product support" tab was a bold and bright yellow color, which makes finding it incredible easy!)I sent an email to LISEN customer service on a Saturday, so it was Monday, 25 November 2024 at 1:00 am when I received a reply.In the email from LISEN Global Customer Support Team to me, team member, Leo, started out by stating how much he appreciated taking the time to write to them and how sorry he was that I wasn't "completely satisfied" with their product I received. Also stating that he would like to help me and requested I take pictures of what happened and send them to him so he could share them with their quality control department at LISEN.He then stated that LISEN wants me to have a great experience with their products and that he would be happy to offer me a replacement! All I had to do was email him back what I wanted them to do and he would see that my request would be quickly taken care of!With Thanksgiving the next day, and with all the cooking, eating, family, more eating, chatting and reminiscing, and even more eating, I was unable to respond to Leo until 5 December 2024 at 1:47 pm. I attached the 2 pictures I took of the broken clamp, asked if a replacement unit was still an option, and gave my mailing address just in case.I received a prompt reply on 6 December 2024 at 1:54 am, which Leo stated a replacement unit has been ordered for me and it is currently on the way to me, included the Order ID number, and informed me the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days!The process of contacting their customer service for my issue was easy, the promptness of their replies was lightening fast, and the ease of completing the few things requested of me was unbelievably simple and took very little of my time, all to make sure that any future products would be better than the ones before and to let me know they want me to be happy and have a great experience with their products.Because of how professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, courteous, and helpful Leo at LISEN Global Customer Support Team has been during the entire process, and the undeniable fact that LISEN ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND HAVE TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've given this a 5-Star Rating, and I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY TO DO SO!You will be hard-pressed to find a better company, who stands behind their products 100%, with a better customer service support team than LISEN!

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the material used (aluminum?) and the design. I knew I needed something strong enough to hold my Samsung phone and its protective cover (Punkcase case) and be flexible as well. It was fairly easy to assemble right out of the box and everything I needed was included. The clamp is large sized and has padding where it grips the tabletop. The grip on the tabletop is very secure. The angle adjustment is done by gently shaping the angles with your hands, then tightening the knobs. It’s versatile because it can easily be clamped on most tabletops and turned in different directions. Amazing that it held my cellphone with its case on because it is pretty heavy. Good value for my money too. Highly recommend!

Very Stiff to Move. Overall I like it, but it has a few things to be aware of. One potential issue is mentioned in the included instructions...It warns that if your phone is in a case (most people's phones are) or if your phone has a attachment holder device then those must be removed if they cause the phone to be thicker than 20mm...otherwise you risk the phone holder grip failing and the phone being dropped. I had no issue with dropping although my phone is in an otter box protective case. However, I did end up turning my phone off multiple times while trying to set it up to watch a movie. The issue was that the grabber part that holds the phone causes the side power button to get pushed. I eventually got the placement right and it worked. Before purchase, I watched all of the videos and they all seemed to be able to move the arm in any direction freely. Mine did not do this. Even with all the screws loosened, it was still very stiff to move...so much, in fact, that I was afraid I was going to break it just trying to put the arm in the desired position. Again, I finally got it adjusted and it is working, but mine took a lot of force to get it to move in any direction. I was literally hearing creaking sounds and afraid I was going to break it. I decided that I would just leave it in that position and swing it out of the way to the side when not in use. Maybe mine had some sort of manufacturing issue. I'm not sure, but I am certain that mine can't just be repositioned easily like the ones in the videos. The part that attaches to the base swings side to side great...but extending or retracting the arm itself is difficult.

I have never wanted to rush to do a review before but wow. This thing is solid. It works as described and easy to set up. Holds the phone with no issue the arm moves flawlessly and it triumphs over the other models out there. The company that made this definitely listen to users and saw the mistakes of the other models. I had one of the other ones and it just broke. No more twisting or bending just flawless movements. A+ Design!

Mounting clamp is designed for horizontal or vertical mounts. Articulated joints have knobs for locking in place, so the phone doesn't make the arms sink. Final arm extension swings on a different plane than the articulated joints, for another level of adjustment, in addition to the universal ball joint that connects the phone clamp itself.Tabs on phone clamp are generous, so a phone in a bulky protective case is still held securely. Bottom "lip" is adjustable independently of the side clamps, so you can have the phone ride a bit higher or lower in the holder (my phone's power button is sometimes covered by the clamping arms of other phone holders, but this one lets me have it above the clamps for better access).Side clamping arms ratchet together manually, with a release button in the back that makes them spring apart to release your phone. An unusual arrangement for the release button, but it works well.When all joints are locked, there is no 'bounce' in the mounting arm. You can write on the phone screen without the phone bouncing around as you do it. It stays very steady.
