Lactation tea, healthy nursing by Secrets of Tea

This is the first lactation support product I've tried and it seems to be helping. After reviewing many products, I went with this one because it's a great combination of ingredients that are all beneficial on their own.Since the product arrived, I've used 2-3 bags a day, making 16-20 Oz from each.While I can't say much about it relieving digestive issues, I can say I have been able to nurse and pump more often. I was beginning to rely more and more on supplementing, wondering how much longer until I'd have to give it up and now I'm much more at ease.If nothing else, it helped me get and say properly hydrated, but when I consume it while it's still real warm, I feel ready to go soon after.The tea tastes great. I use no sweetener, no creamer, and no other add-ins. It seems to be pretty decent quality. The tea came packaged well and arrived on time.I am getting ready to make another purchase.

I was worried about my milk supply after 3 months of EBF, and a friend recommended that I try this healthy nursing tea. I drank several cups a day, usually during a nursing session, but sometimes before. I tried the tea for about 2 weeks and noticed that my supply was increasing again so I continued. The number of times I nursed/pumped also increased my production, but the tea was really great because it is soothing and really helped me with my supply. The fact that it taste good and is natural is a definite plus. I still drink the tea and will definitely keep using it as long as I am nursing. Thanks again!

This tea tastes good and is nice and soothing, but it didn't do anything to help my supply or calm my colicky baby - Traditional Medicinal was better for that purpose. This is a nice cup of tea if you're an herbal tea fan, though.

I love this tea. I have tried other products to help increase my milk supply and quality of milk and by far this is the best product I have used. It taste great and it works! I saw an increase in my milk right away.

This arrived on the 2nd of July 2020 so only only used it once so far, so unable to say if it's doing what it says it doesAll I can say is that it tastes great!! I add sugar to mine, I can't drink unsweetened tea, just can't lolI'll give it some more time and see if it increases my milk supply

I'll be brief. After having tried several brands of lactation teas (including the best of the best, "Liquid Gold") - and experimenting for weeks, I am confident is saying that this brand does absolutely nothing to the volume produced. Not a thing.The taste is weak and does not really do much either - faint scent of fennel and licorice, and otherwise rather boring to drink (though not gross).All in all - not worth the money and not worth the time. "Liquid Gold" runs about the same price, but works instantly (within few hours) and tastes great.

I really enjoy drinking this tea. It helped me with my latation. It also taste really good. It taste similar to Thai ice tea. I enjoy it with a splash of half and half and sweetener. Will order from them again. Thank you.

It doesn't seem to work but the taste is good.
