Clean, sweet taste
I don't like the taste of honey, but needed to use for a persistent cough. This one has a clean, sweet taste that I can handle. It is runny like honey should be and does not leave residue on the sides of the jar, just like authentic honey should be. It has loosened phlegm in my airways even though I didn't have it neat. A spoonful in warm water, with or without salt and apple juice is how I have it along with meals. It's a great thirst quencher, too. As the throat feels dry when you have cough.
