handy electrolytes when cycling.
These are easy to use and taste okay. In the Florida August heat the electrolytes are a nice addition to the water bottle. Very light on sugar which makes them better than the big brand sugar drinks with electrolytes. They dissolve with bubbles. On very hot days, the water bottle may get slightly pressurized and you may get a spray when you start to sip, not a problem if you know it's coming.

They work and taste good
These tablets are great for cramp prevention for my 10+ mile runs. They also give me a bit of an energy boost for runs and gym workouts - I belive they improve my performance. Very happy with the purchase. I bought the lemon lime because they were cheaper, but ended up really liking the taste. Goes down really well. Tasty and effective.

Pop one in a water bottle then hit the trails.
I use these for trail running and cross country mountain biking in the desert southwest. Pop one in a water bottle then hit the trail! Easy to take along as well for when you can only refill bottles with water along the route. The taste is decent and the light fiz improves drinkability. Very efficient way to take on electrolytes without any fuss, empty bottles to keep track of or sticky pouches.

Good, but over-priced.
These work since Voost went out of business, but they are over priced. There’s no real justification for the price other than lack of competition which I think is called price gouging.

Feels Carbonated
I use electrolytes to combat that after lunch slump. These not only do what regular electrolyte additives do, but they are slightly carbonated! I LOVE THAT!This is the carbonated feel with the benefit of electrolytes and energy for the rest of the day.

The media could not be loaded. Love it !!! Been drinking water all day with this tablets, nice way to stay hydrated. It dissolves fast in cold water

Little boost!
I'm sensitive to caffeine, and these are great when I need a little something at lunch or in the afternoon. A cup of coffee or a soda would keep me up until 4am if I had it at noon, but one tablet gives me a little boost without pushing my bedtime back hours.
