They don't give an option to return. Very bad. The plug is too big like an AC plug point and doesn't suit the normal socket

The media could not be loaded. Performance - good.But the button tab, quality is very poor. Please too much of noice from the fan. At times I felt the things nearby is vibrating as well

It's very poor quality product. Within 15 month got problem in Control panel and power supply. I suggest to not buy any such type product from Prestige
