Have Congenital and this has helped me with energy levels throughout the day. Others have mentioned sleeplessness or even complications when taking this, but I'm pretty sure it's the same for any supplement.WE DON'T ALL HAVE THE SAME DAMN BODY.Start off taking one, then scale to four. This will help you guage how your body reacts to excess energy. For sleeplessness, I think it's the same. 4 tabs will take me through the entire day if I take them in the morning, but I can feel the boost fading around 20:00 (which is normal) and I work until 00:00 so I take my 4 around 13:00. If you're going to bed at 21:00 and pop 4 of them @15:00, then sleeplessness is your fault, not the products. If you pop 4 @09:00 and can't fall asleep @23:00, that's weird. It doesn't sit in your body forever, it is literally being used up the second your body metabolizes it, so figure out what else is going on that could cause sleeplessness.

I am not inclined generally to write reviews however I stumbled across this product and can say after 3 mths it has remained a life changing supplement to support my cfs symptoms. I have seen specialists and had a multitude of tests etc and was advised to take separate CQ10, Carnitine, RIbose (brilliant on its own) & Magesium as the cornerstones of supplements to help. These all help but this product is a blend of these and many other ingredients (interestingly creatine which seems to help) and it allows me to have far greater energy esp. mental energy at work. I literally rely on this to get me through the week and do not dip into the energy valley of despair as easily as before.Almost all cfs sufferers will scan the internet for inspiration so I thought if perhaps 1 person tries this it may help their recovery and coping. I guess the warning is that cfs has many guises so it helps me and may not help others.........The price is very good indeed on amazon, delivery is slow so I factor this in and reorder in good time to eliminate any chance of running out (it is also far cheaper than you can spend on many other supplements)Steve

Many thanks, Steve. I am the one person who read your review and tried this to help with CFS. I can't remember when I last felt so well and have even been able to do some exercise again. While my life will never be normal, it is once again well worth living.

This made me extremely ill, got dizzy with massive headaches and nausea. I couldn't walk straight. Complained and told them that this has turned my health and well-being upside down and the fact that the package was sent to a different address and still did NOT get a refund. Awful product, please DO NOT BUY OR YOU'D BE SICK for weeks. It was really scary, my children were terrified seeing me unable to even walk straight. Went to doctor twice, have evidence that it nearly killed me. I stopped taking them and all the sid effects disappeared.Costumer service was awful too, did not refund, communication really poor and showed that they really didn't care that I'd paid a lot of money and on top of that I was SERIOUSLY ILL FOR TWO WEEKS USIG THESE TABLETS.PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.
