This metal bunk bed is fantastic! The frame is incredibly sturdy with no wobbling, and my kids sleep soundly every night. The welds and finish are smooth, so there are no sharp edges to worry about. Unlike wooden bunk beds, this one is more durable and easy to clean.

One of the arms that makes up the vertical frame was not properly drilled to be able to attach the pieces at all the necessary points. When I contacted the seller, I asked if they could just send me a new one of the single piece that I needed. They asked for pictures, which is understandable to verify the issue, and did offer a refund (with which I would not have to ship back the frame). I did ask again if a replacement piece was a possibility, and got a message that a refund would be issued. At least I got the refund, and I don't have to ship the whole thing back, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars, instead of 1, but not super happy with what I'm left with- an incomplete and unsafe bedframe, a DIY project to see if I can make it safe, or a heavy pile of scrap metal that I have to deal with.

Bed frames are weak and wobbly.

For my grandkids and the ladders rungs are to small in size for there feet is there anything thing that can be done to fix or change
