Obviously taken right after breakfast and I am thoroughly impressed by the reasonable bump in energy! I feel a little more energetic etc... but not what was expected.

I have to divide the dose as I get a niacin flush from the full dose. I do notice a small surge in energy about a half hour after taking the supplement, like a couple of cups of coffee without the jitters. A lot of reported benefits to this supplement, it is one I won't be without.
