This stuff does work if you eat a clean diet. Stay away from fast food and sugary food. Eat your veggies and moderate exercise. After two days I felt a different in my man hood. I've tried a bunch of different supplements, including Black Maca several times. I know that when I take it along with Fenugreek and a few other things that it seems to make a big difference - I think I took Ashwaganda at the same time too. However, I think it may be all due to the Fenugreek. Not sure. Anyhow I can confirm that the three of those things at the same time was definitely a noticeable difference.

Im not sure if it works. I take one pill as it reads. Some people on here say take 2. What I have noticed is that it makes your semen thicker and a bit more volume. I don’t see a difference in erection so I can’t speak of that. It does give me a bit of energy but I also take nitric oxide so I don’t know which one is giving me the energy. I will probably buy another one but if I don’t see a decent change then I’m gonna decrease my rating and if I see improvements I will increase it.
