Is it difficult to change battery?

Changing the battery is easy. Simply remove the clock from the wall and replace the battery which is located in the clock mechanism in the back of the clock. Then rehang the clock.

I have ordered 2 so far and still not a functional clock when I add new battery, is there something I’m missing ?
