No-I believe they come as a set.

Do these really break so easily?

These were terrible for us. We've had probably 5 different glassware sets in the past 25 years. Hands down, this set broke faster than any set we've ever owned. We bought two sets of these glasses last year. We're down to 3 tall and 1 short glass left. They're literally all gone...broken, in a year! A helpful dinner guest grabbed a half-full glass by the lip and it broke in her hand (no injury). These are "cute", but dang it every time you touch them or heaven forbid clink them together in the dishwasher you lose another one. Sticking with tempered as those last forever.
