We did not have any problems folding the chair.

HOW HIGH OFF THE GROUND?

Not sure exactly how high off the ground it is as it's put away for the Winter. But I think it's about 10" to 11" at the most. I know it is easy for me to reach down and pick up things I have next to or under it. I really like the chair and would buy it again.

What are the dimensions when folded?

Approximately 26” x 26”. Very easily opens and closes and very comfortable.

How much weight does the chair hold?

Not much if you don't want the legs to bend and break.
