I'm a woman and don't do heavy lifting, just lighter weights and yoga. I bought this to increase my protein consumption to see if it helps with satiety, etc. Not sure if it does. Sometimes it seems to have this effect but other times I'm still hungry, etc. Between this, eating more potatoes and adding more fats, I seem to have fewer cravings. I don't think protein on its own is doing anything for fullness but I like adding it in anyway.As someone who has never consumed protein powder before, I really like the neutral, milk powder-like taste. In the beginning, I had a few issues with digestion and felt uncomfortably full but it went away. I had made some other diet changes so that could also be the reason. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking a whole scoop at once, drink two half scoops two times a day and try and drink slowly (don't chug) and with a meal. That really helped me get used to this. As someone who can't digest soy or chickpeas, this is a nice protein supplement. I also love that there are no artificial sweeteners in this as I can't digest those either. I just drink it plain with water but drinking it with cold milk and some instant coffee is also delicious.Only negative is I got a pack with defective ziplock ie the ziplock didn't open. I had to cut it and seal it with clips.

If you are beginner I suggest you to not choose this whey protein as it has some digestive issues. I bought unflavored of it. And Seriously it tastes very bad and if you forgot to wash your shaker after drinking it and if it stays in your shaker for some hours it smells like hell too bad.The bloating is little bit more than other brands.The reason why I am giving this product 3 star is because it has good results in your body and due to the price factor as it provides isolate whey protein below 2000.And It has around 28-29 gm protein on as-is basis in it.If you are beginner so I should suggest you to not buy this product rather than go for the blended whey options if you have a budget of less than 2000.Ex:- As-it-is,XLR8,Fast and up etc.

Been using it for 10 months. I have tried Impact, Hydrolysed nd Isolate.From all three, Isolate and Hydrolysed were best. The chocolate flavour leaves much to be desired for.. but the unflavoured whey is perfect. For anyone wondering about it's taste, it's like milk powder without the sugar in it. Smells like it too. The unflavoured one is foamy due to the lack of xantham gum in it.Since the product is also trustified certified, I'd recommend it to people starting off.Definite bang for buck!
