Really deep soaking tub for a small space.
I didn't want to buy an acrylic tub because I am in love with the heat-retention and cleaning ease of cast iron. To get a deep tub in a small space the pickins are slim. I spent dozens of hours looking for a tub to fit a 60x30 space. I saw conflicting measurements on several different sites including Kohler. The actual measurement of this tub was 60x32 which was too big for our space, but I wasn't sending it back. My beloved remodeler cut into the two by fours slid the tub in, then worked some magic on the wood he had removed and secured it back in place. The end result was that the tub fit but I lost a inch or two of ledge off of the long wall side of the tub. It was a small price to pay for a really deep and well designed tub. The bad part of it being acrylic was that the tile guy was not at all careful and put a gouge in the bottom of the tub.The tub is good looking and comfortable. No regrets.

Nice bathtub
I used it in a new built bathroom and it is a very nice bathtub.Deep and wide enough for us.It is a tub that you can feel flex when you move around which is parr for the course with lightweight, acrylic, etc tubs.

Beautiful tub, but it came with a significant scratch ...
Beautiful tub, but it came with a significant scratch on the bottom lefthand side. I didn't notice it until a few weeks later when it was being installed, but decided to still install it since I was on a tight timeline, and it was in a place that was less noticeable. Still wish the scratch wasn't there since it kind of bugs me.

The perfect soaking tub!
Great tub! Exactly what I was looking for. But, my bathroom did not feel the same way. Although it measured perfectly in length, I did not pay attention to the width!!!!It is huge!!!! The perfect soaking tub!Sadly, Had to return.Customer service was excellent and immediately helped me with the problem.I am hoping to add a tub to the basement BR and will come back for her!

Self-install is difficult
If you are installing in an alcove that is already drywalled in on the other side of the studs, and it's hard to access the plumbing, you will have some difficulty installing this yourself - could be worth it to hire a plumber to save some frustration! The instructions for leveling are not very clear, and the leveling blocks are near impossible to reach once the tub is in place in an enclosed alcove. Would recommend a mortar bed installation, even though they say it's not required.Tub is nice - good, simple style.

Lightweight Tub, not meant for adults
I can not believe Kohler made this tub with such thin sidewalls and decks . They used a 1/4 inch piece of OSB to be the reinforcement for the outer wall. This tub is so flimsy and light the 150 lb UPS delivery driver carrieed it over his head for 75 feet to bring to my front door. I have returned it within the time allotment and by the shipper from Amazon, but we have not been credited with the return (over 15 days ago) . Worst part, we called Kohler help line and were told to remove the OSB boards since they were for packing only. After the Board were removed the tub nearly collapsed without any weight inside it. We called Kohler again, and the second rep said do not remove the OSB boards. What the heck is going on at Kohler? Still awaiting return credit from Amazon

Chipped before we ever used it...sides slope inward...oh, and it is 2" wider than a standard bath tub.
Well, it is in so there is no going back but this bath tub is very high on the sides to climb in and out of and it feels a bit like my three-year-old could take a really awful spill getting in or out of this thing before she's a bit taller/older. Also, this is very important...apparently a standard tub is 30" across and this one is 32"...what this means is that because our contractor had already plumbed for a 30" tub, our faucets are 2 inches off center!!! I'm sick about it and just cannot make the contractor make it right because we are doing our kitchen next and still need him. Also, unfortunately the bath tub has already chipped(!) and we had to have someone out to repair it! I believe the chip/hole happened when I was holding up tiles in various patterns to see what could be possible inside the "niche". But if this is the case, it is made of very poor quality acrylic because yes, some tiles slipped but none hit very hard. Ugh. I am also disappointed that the tops of the sides slope inward. I'm not sure why this bums me out the way it does but it just seems odd and not like a cool design feature. So, a bottle of shampoo or a bar of soap cannot sit on the edge of the tub. To be honest, we still haven't really used the tub very much because we are awaiting a shower curtain and I think the bathroom remodel, overall, had so many depressing hiccups that I'm in no mood to climb into that thing and enjoy it. So, perhaps if the rest of the bathroom had been fabulous, the easy-to-chip, sloping sided, 32" non-standard tub wouldn't be getting only two stars from me.

Very nice tub...expensive accessories
Overall, the tub is nice and sturdy. The plumber told us that it's one of the best mid-range tubs you can buy and I think he was right. We used the mortar bed installation due to it being in an alcove and 'blind leveling' isn't terribly easy/accurate.Haven't used it yet but it sure looks nice. Filled with water three or four times - drain works well (opens when full of water) and drains quickly. No bowing at the front as indicated in other reviews.Plan to spend another $150 on the overflow and such.
