No, it is an 8". The literature was misleading. They also make an older 8" that puts out less power. 100rms ? I have it in another vehicle. It sounds good. It won't shake the mirror. The older one has been in the other car for over 9 years, no problems. Adds bottom not a shaker. I like music tight not muddy. They both have done the job. Sorry about any confusion. I was going by the description.

What is the RMS power of this subwoofer?

120 RMS 200 MAX. Good to add some bottom. Not going to shake windows. Pretty clean. Works if space is a issue. Had to put in hatch on my GTI. Wouldn't fit under the seat. I have the older version in my Mazda, it doesn't have as many watts but sounds good. I've had the old one in for five years, no problems. Not a boomer just a low end filler.
