A really good banger watch with nice and big, recessed readout...
05/2019 UPDATE: watch is still going strong; I never take it off.So far this has been a ridiculously worthwhile purchase. The watch keeps time well; I don't find it going off time or out of whack as others have mentioned and it's always right in line with my phone's time keeping ... so no issues with accuracy from where I'm sitting. But what I REALLY love about it is that it's HUGE and the displayed time is HUGE. I only wear a watch because it's essential to my strength training regimine as I religiously time my breaks between reps/sets and the various exercises I do in the gym; I really don't need a watch for any other reason as the time is displayed all around me, all day long on my phone, in my car dash, at work, etc. But for my needs in the gym? This thing kicks serious booty. And it's only $13 bucks and change. Until I discovered this Amazon sourced "banger watch" ... I had always just went to Walmart and purchased one of their cheapy/banger watches but nothing I ever got from Walmart is as big and readable as this tank of a cheapy watch. I personally love it. Oh yeah ... I'm not sure what's up with the other reviews lamenting the fact that their watch broke ... but I work an INSANELY physical, manual labor sort of job and the watch is subject to very terrible conditions and I've had no issues. Also, the plastic covering over the readout is actually RECESSED within a bezel which works very well to keep said screen covering from getting scratched. The watch is big. I like that but if you don't want a massive thing on your wrist? You might look elsewhere ... Me? I'll keep buying this same watch as long as it's available and if my current one every croaks. Love it.

Simple and easy to read workout watch
I use this watch purely for fitness/working out to times CrossFit style works and rest intervals. I am one of those odd people who love technology but haven't invested in an apple watch or other fitness watch. Due to this, my main use is the timer function. This watch is great! The size is good for readability and I like how the hour mark moves up to the right hand corner. The night time function is also quite bright but I rarely used it. I had the previously version of this watch too, and it failed when the band broke away from the face. They have reinforced that area on this version, so I don't think that will be an issue anymore. I am 6' 2", 225 with average size wrists and I go to the 4th notch on the band to secure it. If you have very thick/large wrists it may be an issue. I also wear this watch with the face on the inside of my wrist to help avoid pushing buttons while doing exercises. It works well for me and fits nicely. If you are looking for an easy to read, inexpensive workout watch, I highly recommend this one. I plan to get many years of use out of it.

Not what I was looking for, not bad for the price.
Obligatory warning, I type at half the speed of smell so I'm using talk to text. Please forgive any grammical errors as talk to text is notoriously defiant. On to the watch. For starters, it's not a bad watch bad watch. A bit larger than I was anticipating, but that just makes it easy to read in a hurry. The actual clock function is near spot on. I set the watch to the clock on my cell phone and so far it has yet to drop any time. The alarm is loud enough that it could wake me up from my usual nap on the couch, And the stopwatch is always a welcome feature. But I needed a watch that had a timer. This, is where this watch confuses me.The stopwatch has the regular start stopping reset I've been to reset, and it even has a button to keep track of your lap splits and lap times but no timer.. It has the ability to keep track of the month day and is there and day of the week (mon-sun) but no timer... For the price that this watch is normally, I bought it on sale, there is no excuse as to why it does not have a timer.I will be keeping it because it will still be good for when I go out on hikes or doing work around the house. But now I have to buy a second watch that actually has a timer. As a result, I'm knocking off a star.
