Really a cut above the rest
I’m an avid user of Saf instant yeast which works perfect but lately I’ve been consuming less bread and these packets are just perfect but more so there is a noticeable difference. Bakery quality bread that’s just all over perfect

Amazing stuff!
This yeast works spectacularly well! I have struggled getting a good rise on my baked goods but this yeast proofed in less than one hour. Amazing stuff. My cinnamon rolls were mixed, proofed, rolled and cut, proofed again, and baked in under three hours.

I make these wonderful cinnamon rolls ( you can find the recipe at tasteoflizzyt.com it is a Cinnabon copycat recipe.)I’ve always used the Red Star Quick Rise yeast because that’s the only quick rise yeast available at the grocery store. I don’t like having to proof it and often finding it isn’t alive despite not being expired. Many recipes suggested using the Platinum yeast so I decided to order a few packets.I made a double recipe of the same cinnamon rolls using the Platinum yeast which you don’t need to proof with sugar and warm liquid, you just add your wet and dry ingredients and a hot liquid and move on with the recipe. The first rise went much faster even in our cold house (I sometimes turn the oven on to 170 and then shut it off and put the dough in there to rise faster) using this yeast and so did the second rise after cutting the cinnamon rolls. They turned out excellent and I will use this yeast from now on. I think the recipe is absolutely affected by the quality of the yeast and going through packet after packet of bad yeast is time consultant frustrating.My packets don’t expire until 2022 and I keep them in the freezer. Will be using these from now on!
