Well constructed. Haven’t cooked with it yet, but is very substantial, and exact dimension i was seeking. Bought for roaster, and crockpot.

Ordered this rack because my old roaster is way too big. mmMy being alone, I no longer cook 20 + # turkeys. A 5 or 6# turkey breast is more than enough, but my #25 le Creuset 3.5quart roaster is just the size. Unfortunately it has no rack. This one looked like it might fit. It does that, but in spades, a perfect fit; as if it were made just for it. Nice weight, fit, and finish. Can't wait to try on my next bird!

It seemed so small but size was perfect for most of my needs. Fit inside my large iron frying pan and kept roast from boiling instead of roasting! Clean up was a Breeze.

The baking rack is very sturdy, and coated with a non-stick finish. As for ease of cleaning, the nature of its purpose makes it a little tough to clean. The intersections of the metal tend to collect drippings, and it’s these areas that pose a problem. It just needs to be soaked, and then perhaps scrubbed with a brush in those areas. All in all, I’m very pleased with the rack.

Like that it raises up meat for heat circulation. Functions well and very good quality. Nonstick. Great value for the price. Fits perfectly in my 10" cast iron pan.

Hard to find this size and shape for old school cobalt blue roaster with lid. This fit perfectly and is high quality.

The rack's cross bars should be on top of the frame, not under it, to facilitate handling the cooked item more easily. This would also aid in clean up. Unfortunately, although I wash this rack gently, without abrasives, the coating has started coming off and I don't know if it is in the food or the dishwater.

This works perfectly for my small oval roasting pan.
