We love this vitamin after lots of research this one meets all the criteria and love that it does t have iron since I have genetic hemochromatosis which is high iron levels I can’t take in more iron than in my food so this one is a must!

A must have for a methylated multi without iron. If you eat meat, I don't see any reason to add more iron as more often we have more than we need, too much iron is not a good thing.

Amazing product, I've taken vitamins over the years and this is one that I have noticed a lot of benefits with little drawbacks. I would give it 5 stars, BUT, these are the hardest pills to swallow that I have ever taken. I'm not sure if its the texture or the size. Also, I am not someone that has struggled to swallow pills or anything similar. I prefer taking these in the morning with breakfast, so maybe the timing has something to do with it. I will most likely buy a similar product with different capsules.

Good product

Unexpectedly good results. Took it to try to address any possible health issues with methylation, any genetic mutations (which are common) etc. It surpassed my expectations, and as a relatively busy, health-conscious guy, it has improved my energy, mood, stress, I even think much more clearly. Truly life-improving, I've already recommended it to everyone I know. It's been the easiest and simplest dietary addition for such high return on investment.

Methylated is the way guys. Don't buy other then methylated, it is more effective
