Did not break...
Well, I am really sad to write this comment...Someone tried to force the lock yesterday. They probably used the bike itself as lever to try to break the lock. The lock did not break (just the plastic cover that popped-out), so I assume that the bike frame itself broke before the lock. There are minimal damages to the lock but it still works.Update: 1 month after the bike got stolen, someone found the bike and I got it back. My assumption was confirmed, the thief used the frame as a lever but the frame broke before the lock.

Good product - terrible customer support from Manufacturer
The lock itself is well, locky, it locks, it unlocks, everything fine there. However for some reason, despite the instructions saying EN (English) DE (German) FR (French) etc etc etc, pretty much everything is written in German under the respective English / French sections. Now I probably don't need to read this, however what has really got my goat, was the response when I thought I'd let Abus know, clearly a publishing error here.No 'thanks so much for letting us know', instead someone called Cheryl from an outsourced support organization called Zyrofisher replies back "pop back to the store and they will help you"... I reply back to say "hey, I'm trying to tell you about a publishing error" "sorry we are really busy, we might reply in 10 days" auto reply. Yeah, rubbish 'we dont care' customer service! So get the lock if you want a lock, if you ever have problems with it, or can't quite figure out the ridiculous not 'easy like Ikea' pictures, then forget it.

Needs improvement
Please improve the instructions to atach the lock to a bike frame, and improve the atachment also, once it was done I could see how easy it was, you could do it with your eyes closed, but for someone that never done it before or even owened a bike lock it was harder than what it needed to be, lock also needs to be thicker. When the lock has a better atachment and a thicker metal I'll give it 5 stars, for now 4 is enough.EDIT - the lock mount is even worse than I thought, the lock doesnt stay fixed but moves a little bit side to side when is bumpy roads causing the lock to hit my spokes, not only that but the lick also doesn't "click" I'm place so when I put my bike upside down to fix my spokes the lock fell from the atachment hitting my frame and scratching it, no problem for a cheap bike but for a bike that costs around 2k it's a big blow, thanks for making amazing locks ABUS but Go F. Y. with that stupid atachment, surely something less cheap would be more appropriate for such a high end product, thanks for damaging my wheel and my frame/paint job.
