If you're practicing indoors on a mat. This is a MUST. It is very easy to not have very good low point control on a mat and be lulled into a false sense of security. Essentially mats allow you to have a slightly upward angle of attack and not well organized low point and still hit an okay shot. Out in the real world, on the golf course with a ball on turf, the actual results differ. You MUST have a low point on the target side of the golf ball with a slightly descending blow to have any kind of consistency of strike. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This has changed my garden practice swing completely, I use it when I do my swing looseners on the lawn and can check my ball position and my stance alignment quickly.At first I found the setup a faff pegging the mat down to hit some air balls into a net but it really gives instant feedback to the swing.I like how it can turn over as well which I find helpful to take away all the visual aids when at the range to stop over focusing on the technicalities which is my biggest swing killer.You get the accompanying training video links as well with this which are useful, I’ve seen a lot of the videos from these guys and I mostly like their coaching takes on things.It is overpriced really for effectively a towel and some videos but now I’ve got it I find it useful.

I got this for my golf playing colleague. He has watched the video - you have to open the packaging to get the QR code to access it, the one on the outside only shows a demo - and used the mat as instructed. He has been working on his swing and getting the ball nice and straight instead of hooking it.This seems to have helped him, not in a magic wand sort of way but just giving him some reference points and getting his alignment right. It's amazing what som experience words and a towel with a whole in it can go.

This has become a staple in my golf bag. The Me&MyGolf YouTube channel has always been one of my favorite YouTube channels so when I saw they were coming out with training aids I couldn’t wait to try them. The simplicity of this product is really what makes it magical. It’s a towel, so it doesn’t take up much room in the golf bag and it doesn’t add any weight. Any golfer knows that a lot of training aids are large and cumbersome so the fact that this is just a towel makes the lack of weight and the simplicity perfect for any golfer.

Love that this comes with training videos to improve swing and alignment. It's functional and good-looking. I love the meandmygolf guys, their content is EXCELLENT.True to form, the meandmygolf guys not only instruct on how to strike the ball, but how to use the alignment towel with each drill. It's great for helping me with the fundamentals and definitely requires practice. But, love it and highly recommend.Seems to be a lot more markings on the towel than are covered/discussed in the content, wish woods were included in the lessons.

Great product for a quick analysis of your ball strick and alignment. You can use it on the range or the course, if you're playing for practice. It is a towel, so they set up and break down are really quick.

I try to avoid cross product reviewing, but I purchased this product, b/c their True Grip golf glove training aid is great. Even though I thought to myself, "Am I going to pay for a towel with a hole?" I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I now do not doubt that this is a towel with a hole in it. Hard pass.
