This is raw wheat... it's not bulgur
I searched for bulgur wheat and this product came up. I ordered it and made taboulee. Come to find out it's "uncooked" whereas bulgur wheat is par cooked. Very disappointed I didn't notice this. Be ware as this should say "raw" on the packaging.

I use the fine ground cracked wheat as bedding for Meal Worms. The extra fine grind is perfect for screening the worms from the bedding. This is the only thing I will used from now on.

Price and taste
My wife uses it for her whole crack wheat bread and eat I it for breakfast cooking it like oatmeal it reminds me of a breakfast cereal my Grandma used to make me it was called Zoom for those of us can remember mmmm!!
