Super weird smell...

I bought two of these hiking pants, the green one and the blue one. They both arrived at the same time and were in the same packaging but for some reason the green on has this very odd musky smell that just won't go away even after multiple washes. I washed them both before trying them on and the blue pair is great... No complaints there. But the green pair smells so bad I don't know if I can keep wearing it. Will try to return the one pair and keep the other.
