I really wanted some good quality flake salt for topping dishes and this hasn’t disappointed so far! I just used it to top our holiday cookies and it definitely enhances the salty sweet flavor. It looks like bits of thin glass to me but in a good way; I think it’s pretty. I enjoy that it comes in a bucket vs a bag so I don’t have to worry about it spilling or tipping over as much. It tastes great and comes with quite a lot so I doubt we’ll be running out anytime soon. I’ll be using it on lots of homemade desserts, meats, and dishes.

This is just as good as the big brand salt flakes for half the price

I’ve ordered this twice and both times the container was broken and the salt was everywhere. I know it doesn’t SEEM like a “product review” but it is. What you choose to package your product in is part of your product. These containers are that plastic that’s super thin and cracks rather than bends. There is no flexibility at all, you squeeze it, it’s gonna crack. The salt looks beautiful, I wish I could have tried it. They were quick to refund, but id rather have the product than a refund

I've been buying smaller packages of flake sea salt, which were fine but a little pricey, so I was happy to find such a good value with this purchase. It's in an airtight container easy to store and access. Perfect for a seesaw, caramel, baked goods chocolates, and just cooking in general I will have this on subscribe and save for sure.

I use it to top peanbutter or caramel cookies, garnish caramel cakes. Puzza dough bread sticks brushed with melted butter or garlic butter and sprinkled with the flaked sea salt. Sprinkled on Caprese salad. So many uses and it makes a pretty presentation as well. A must in my pantry.

This product arrived as a mess. The plastic tub has a flimsy, poorly fitted lid that popped off in transit, leaving me with a packing box full of loose salt. Looking at it, it seemed pretty clear this was liable to happen. Apart from using more secure packaging, all it would take to prevent this mishap is taping the lid on for shipment -- not a big ask!I noted other reviews reviews also reported this but figured those instances were just unlucky flukes and/or the seller would have improved the packaging in response. Not so ... the damage seems more or less inevitable.AND, since this is a food item it is not returnable, nor does Amazon appear to offer a refund for this category of food item damaged in transit.Not happy at all with this.
