This preworkout works very well for me, and I have tried a lot in the past, being an exercise science major and working at a GNC back in the day. It has the beta alanine and niacin for the tingly feeling in your arms and face. There's creatine along with arginine and citrulline for a nice pump, and enough caffeine for me for solid energy but no jitters. And the intensity matrix truly works, giving sharp focus to push through a rough workout. I seemed to have plateaued on my previous preworkout, and this definitely gave a noticeable bump to overall energy, strength, and performance. I would say this is similar to C4, which in many eyes is sort of the gold standard for preworkouts. I tried the Extreme version of Hyde, the only difference was the noticeably higher caffeine content which made me feel like I had to walk around the parking lot going to my car after the gym to burn off the extra energy. I'm not a fan of that feeling, so this one works perfect for me. Will be using for a long time! You get the makn food groups of pump, energy, focus, and the tingles, without feeling crazy and then crashing after. Blue razz, watermelon, and pixie dust all taste just fine.

Great tasting pre workout, not overbearing when it comes to caffeine! Does the job to give you a lift!

I've bought this numerous times over the last 6 months. I've only tried the Blue Raz. It's a great flavor. They recently removed the blue dye from it which was great because it would stain the corners of my mouth however the new formula does taste a little different. Still good but less blueberry flavor. The energy has always been average on this compared to other preworkouts. I actually feel like the prior formula had a little more energy boost despite the label not changing the caffeine content however it's still decent as a preworkout.

Have been a fan of Hyde for a long time. It's basically become my morning coffee since I don't like coffee! Usually get the Fruit Punch but decided to give the Watermelon flavor a shot. Easy enough...it tastes like watermelon, done. Little bit of extra energy and only a slight bit of face tingles works perfect for me. 55yo male who does some type of weight training daily. No gastrointestinal issues with either the Fruit Punch or Watermelon flavors but for some reason the Blue Razz version isn't as friendly...not sure why. But that's me. Good price point compared to others and enough of an effect to know you drank it.

this stuff definitely works to burn fat ! But made me wayyyyy too jittery ! And it woudn't let me sleep after taking it ! upset my stomach really bad ! works fast ! texture is good ! But not good for my mental health ! Wont be buying again !

I love this product. It's a great pre-workout. Ticks ALL the boxes for what you might expect from a pre-workout. It's also a great pick me up during off days for energy and focus as an alternative to canned energy drinks. It tastes great! I wish I could find this in Orange flavor.

I have purchased this three times over the last two years, and it is honestly quite a good product. It tastes good, it gives tons of energy (I could only muster two thirds a scoop before getting heart palpitations), what more could you ask for?Sadly, over my time of using this product nearly 5 times a week for my daily workouts, I have come to find I have an extreme sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, to which this product is packed with sucralose. I don't know if this sensitivity would have been developed without the use of this product, or if it is simply a marker of my aging body deciding it is done with me, but I cannot stomach a drop of this product anymore. A sip will destroy my stomach and ruin my next two days.Despite this tasting great, I recommend you find a product that doesn't include a product that ravages peoples gut.
