These little syringes are a lifesaver! I needed some syringes that were more designed for giving medicine to smaller animals such as kittens. I run a little rescue and I believe that every animal and critter needs to be rescued! Recently even though the kitty didn't make it I was able to administer fluids from these very syringes! I was able to give the kitty cat 3 days more to live to try to fight. I also use these syringes to give out fluids food medicine. Another use I use these is that I use these to make droplets for my arts and crafts and I also use these to make special candies with.My biggest use is actually rescue animals. I have bigger syringes for the bigger animals but these are just perfect but smaller animals that I tend to get. Perfect for a mouth of an iguana. Or a mouse of a baby kitten. One of my neonates.Another feature of these syringes is that you can actually reuse them but you're going to have to wash them out with soap and water and then boil them gently in some hot water for 5 minutes then let them air dry and you can even use them again afterwards. this has a very smooth motion whenever you using the syringe so you're not accidentally splashing medicine onto your little patient's faces! And it makes it easier to give fluids and medicine to them without making them choke on it!It's nice that I have extra disposable so I can give multiple different forms of medicines as well as deworming medicines to my current rescues and have different syringes for each one of them since they weigh different. Product is excellent but make sure you measure or consider what length you need. The length made it really tough to get to the bottom of some bottles of medicine.

I have to give my cat a pill every other day and she can tell when I crush it up in her food and won't eat it, and trying to get a cat to eat a straight up pill is a complete nightmare. With the ok of my vet, I have been crushing the pill up, putting it in this syringe (I put it in the back part before putting the "plunger" part in), mixing it with water (by sucking up water into the syringe while the pill is already in there), and shooting it in her mouth. It has worked SO much better than any other method of giving a cat a pill I have ever tried. My cat actually takes it a lot easier than I thought she would as well, so no more battling with her to get her to take her medicine! Happy healthy cat, and happy cat mom.I do wash the syringe out a few times before throwing it away, the suction does not seem to get worse with multiple uses.

We got these to store my colostrum produced before the birth. It was hard to use them to draw colostrum out of the haakaa or other bottles because they are quite short. Then, when it came time to feed them to our newborn, the flow was too strong for her - we needed to use the 1 ml ones. We made it work, but wish they were longer and thinner.

They do their job and provide a nice stash for cheap because tossing old ones when you buy new medicine but then the new one losing the fight against a puppy leaves you with none in the middle of the night when your toddler is teething, hurling things at your head and singing the song of his people.
