As a man who’s a tad sceptical of products he can’t see before buying them, this vest is quite impressive. Solid with no glaring flaws. Along with the pouches that is comes with, the price is very fair.It’s not as thick and imposing as I would like for security work but it seems capable of holding plates and is quite knife resistant. If you’re a paint baller or someone not dealing with real bullets and want a good medium starting armor then here you are.You win this time China...

My son plays airsoft a whole lot and has been looking for a vest to hold his gear. And this seemed to suit the job perfectly (pun intended). This vest is a recreation of the Interceptor body armor used in Iraq and can be used with real or fake SAPA plates, I founds these ones to fit well https://www.amazon.com/Airsoft-Wargame-Tactical-Soldier-Ballistic/dp/B0713XF3YX/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=airsoft+plates&qid=1611031374&sr=8-1 one in the back and one in the front. On the inside of the vest their are Velcro pouches that hold plates, but the pouch for the front is smaller than expected. But you can put it in the open flap between the two sides that open the front of the vest (it fits snug). It is big for a young adult but would fit a normal adult just fine. This is a steal for a such high quality vest.

Product is fair for the price. Bits of threads and ends that werent completely finished off but the overall quality is good for cost. Straps feel pretty good all around and for use as a costume or low movement types of play in airsoft/paintball it could work.Only issue I have is the vest is very short and a bit on the smaller side. Being 6 foot tall and 250lbs of an average build, the bottom of it sits a bit past the rib cage and the end of the flap barely reaches where it should be completely covering, it covers more of my stomach than anything. The adjustable straps are also just barely long enough for me to get it on and pull about an inch or two of strap on all of them when tightening.I could be wrong, but it seems to be sized more for a child. Avoid if you're taller and a bit huskier like I am.

It is a bit short for a 6 foot tall person. Not so happy about how the way the groin protector hangs. The shoulder protectors feel like they had not been made for this vest do to how they link togeather.

I only bought this for the arm panels and pelvic flap so I wasn't upset that the vest dosnt fit me. I'm 5' 10" and 230 lbs. The upper arm segments are big and bulky which i like buy my be a problem for smaller people. The main vest does not fit me and isn't to adjustable. If you are not overly big than this should work for you

Great vest I wear it every so often I was concerned about the crotch flap at the bottom but it detaches so you can have it on or not

Well equipped vest, exactly what I was looking for my son. He loves airsoft and with the extra protection now he will be more encouraged to play longer.
