These are good tasting and I’m more apt to take my calcium if it’s in a chew form.

These have a good texture but an aftertaste that lingers a little so if you’re sensitive to that you may wish to look for a flavor profile that cover it up! The quality and health benefits work well I’ve used them in the past so I would recommend this brand and iso like they combine two vitamins together so that you don’t need to have to take extras. It’s a good value for your money.

Essential Supplement Calcium & Vitamin D3. Must use if you have tooth problems. My pain 90% gone you can call it placebo I don't care I can drink cold juice now without screaming at the end :) Well... you need to change your diet to start eating a real food not store bought food, but this helps a lot. I take 1 or 2 on the daily bases. Good luck and as always stay healthy.
