Great table!
The product is not metric as others have stated. Graduations are .001 inches. One full turn of the handle is .1 inches. I made a small mark on a piece of masking tape on the table, turned the handle 10 times, and it moved exactly 1 inch. Tried again, this time 20 revolutions, and it measured 2 inches.Anyway, I just unpacked the table and everything seems to be tight, sturdy, well made. Tons of travel! Reasonably priced. The only issue is that I can only bolt it down on one side (see photo 1). It’s pretty secure with just two bolts. I used a pair of wood clamps on the other side (not pictured.)Overall, I’m thrilled with the purchase, especially the fact that I won’t have to be converting metric to inches as I was led to believe.

Pleasantly surprised
Like others have said, it's a good value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone but a machinist. The bad: The acme screw is pretty rough. Mine needed to be removed and filed and sanded. And it was a little bent. After an hour of work and some grease it works very well. Out of the box it has a lot of backlash but that's easy to fix with a couple washers. The good: I got the backlash down to about .003. I think that's pretty good. The markings on the hand wheels are pretty accurate. I used a dial indicator to check and they are nearly spot on 1:1 (at .001). The table appears very flat and true but I don't have the means to verify it. And also appears to be true perpendicular. All quite impressive for such an affordable table. I also really like the travel distance. The only thing I wish it had - and I'm not even sure if this is a thing - is a lock so you could lock it in place. All in all, sturdy, accurate, and works well. I look forward to using it (more) over the years.

This cross slide deserves more than 5 stars.
I must say, this was the right pick for a good working compound cross slide table.I read the reviews and made my decision to buy this one.Everything about it says quality and durability.Well packaged and protected from shipping damage along with plenty of protective coatings. The description says 65 pounds, but I think it was much less which made handling better. The bolt down groves matched my stand perfectly. There seems to be very little lost motion in the screws. As I read, it is obviously for the lighter shop use which is perfect of me and my old Buffalo drill press.I wish I had bought it long ago!

Great xy table for accurate positioning on DRILL PRESS
This table is a great value as long as you keep your expectations realistic and realize what this table actually is. If you are trying to build a milling machine I think you will be disappointed but if you are looking for a better way of accurately positioning parts on your drill press for DRILLING then you won't find a better table in the $200 dollar range. It looks well made and the fit and finish is good for the price . There is a fair Amt of back lash but that's to be expected for a product at this price. The 5/8" t spots are machines very well ,and the only thing I didn't like is how the front wheel hangs below the table so you have to either raise the table of move it far enough forward so it can hang off your drill press table
