Worse cook top ever....Don’t buy this please.
I have bought so far 4 of this items for the same location 3 out of 4 has come Broken and the one the actually we could use die instantly at first connection to the power source.they are not doing replacement so each time I’ve needed a replacement I had to pay for a new one and go to the return process.We still have not been able to complete the job because of this bad bad And the stone counter top is already cut to the size of this equipment and we are stuck . I’m hopping on that this last one will probably hold a little better but since the glass top came broken I had to use the good glass of the other one .So I’m trying to make one good with the last two .Since I’m doing that I won’t be able to return one .So my cost at The it will be twice as much after a lot of struggle if we can make it work.This a NO,NO ,NO BUY WORSE EVER.

E6 code with U.S Electricity
This product was giving me an E6 error, and I purchased a warranty. Unfortunately, it wasn't working properly. The company provided exceptional customer services. Their response was prompted to my concerns. We were able to reconcile the issue and I am very satisfied. Even though this is a beautiful stove, it's not suitable for electricity coding.

There is no plug, only wires.. maybe this is an easy fix for someone experienced, but I’m not. I opened the package late due to our remodeling schedule and missed the return date, so I’m out $300.. completely useless to me. I believed I could plug it in and yse
