Cear and itch free ears at last!
So easy to use and effective as well. After years of blocked ears, trying scores of ear wax removal drops and endless itching in my ears using this simple to use syringe I now have much less itching and far less hissing. There are easy to follow instructions with the syringe. The flow from the syringe is strong but there is absolutely no pain or discomfort. I have experienced some minor dizziness so if you are a bit unsteady on your feet better to use it sitting down (which is recommended in the instructions by the way). The syringe plunger fits extremely well ensuring a strong flow in use.A major blot in my life has been removed! :-) I heartily recommend this brilliant item.

This is seriously amazing!
This is absolutely amazing, after a week of olive oil drops twice a day, the syringe removed huge chunks of old dark wax, one piece was an inch long. After 3 syringes in each year, ears completely unblocked and hearing its like upgrading to UHD! This syringe is good because it gives good instructions and guidance, like using lukewarm water. I found you need to pull water into it with a lot of force, which is good because it shows how tight the seal is and theat it is good quality. Tip : once in the ear (only the top but should be inside) push the syringe firmly so the water flows in fast - I found doing it slowly doesn't give enough force to shift the wax, but push firmly and you will instantly see the colour of the water coming out changes to a browny yellow along with clumps of wax. You'll know its finished once the person says so and the water coming out will be clear. Excellent results, well made quality product and great value!

Ideal for the job
Perhaps a little overpriced

Worked very well.
My audiologist told me I had dry skin or wax in my ear and recommended using drops for a few days then getting them syringed. I did this but went for the DIY method. Saved myself £60! Worked a treat, removed the wax and so easy to use.

Does the job well but use ear drops first.
I was a little concerned because more expensive products are available, but having used a wax softening drops for 4 days and my ear still being blocked, I went with this syringe. In 2 goes my ear was both unblocked but all the wax was cleared out. I was amazed at how much came out in the first go. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It actually works! A few tips...
I've been suffering so much with blocked ears and really thought nothing would help. I didn't want to use one of those tools with the camera on that you put inside your ear as I've heard of them breaking in the ear canal and causing A&E trips. But this syringe arrived today and within 30 minutes I could hear again! I'm so happy I could almost cry! There were a few things I was unsure of, so here are some answers for anyone else wondering...- You can do this yourself. It might be easier with someone's help, but it's also really gross so make sure they love you a lot!- Do it over the sink. A little bowl is not going to be enough.- If you fill the syringe more than about 40ml you won't be able to empty it with one hand. But you can fill it up fully and use two hands (one to hold the syringe in place and the other to press the plunger).-Press the plunger firmly. A gentle flow did nothing for me.- Tip your head directly down over the sink so the water can run straight out. Mine wasn't clearing much until I tipped my head more. After that whole chunks of wax came out.-Wear clothes you don't care about. You will get wet and it's gross.- Make sure you're inserting it at the right angle. It works much better if it's pointing directly at your ear drum- It doesn't hurt, just tickles. It's a bit uncomfortable if the water isn't quite warm enough. So grateful for this little device. I wish I'd found it years ago.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!!
When i first got this i used it over the sink but found that it did not work properly. I just now sat in the bath and done it and WOW WOW WOW it worked quickly and with ease. It seems to be designed for kids in mind with coloured tips to chose etc but i am aN adult and after almost two weeks of blocked ear and various other methods this has done the trick and it feels so much better. I can hear again and the amount of hard wax that came out was astonishing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
