This is a wonderful product. Easy to swallow and doesn't cause acid reflux as some other vitamins do. Great price, too. And it is the Vitamin D brand recommended by my local health food store. I second that recommendation.

I really trust this company. They are out of Canada which has high vitamin standards. Family owned and run thoughtfully. This supplement increased my hormone D to normal. Don’t forget that vitamin D is not a vitamin, it’s a hormone.

At the request of my physician added D3 2000 IU to my daily routine. These worked well and were easy to take. These are 2000mg on my repurchase I moved to 1000 IU at my physicians recommendation.

I buy theses and their B12. It is so hard to find Vitamins that don’t have a bunch of extra ingredients, like sweeteners and fillers ect. These do not have any of that. Best of the best and I’ve tried a bunch of others.
