I purchased this product in hopes it would help me with the heat intolerance I am experiencing related to MS symptoms. I was not disappointed. The necklace is classy, and the scarf option is a really nice addition. I put on the necklace after working outside in 90+ degree heat for a few hours and experienced not only instant relief, but joy-the necklace is colder than AC! I wore the necklace for over two hours in a hot kitchen and outdoors and the necklace stayed ice-cold, enabling me to function. Thank you!

I bought this item to keep cool in Miami...a very hot city. It works well enough to keep me reasonably cool and to suggest to anyone thinking of buying it to go ahead. The price is reasonable and it works well.

I have just received my nano ice cooling necklace and scarf.I popped the product into the freezer overnight and I have been using it today at work.It’s been great so far. I got at least 2 hours of cooling effect, and when I go into the office I will take the product in a cool bag so this will help to keep it chilled.Looks good as well, I got the grey scarf with the cooling beads inside.Definitely better than a fan and more appropriate if you need it for work/social events etc

I am disappointed in the amount of cooling that it provided. I have sever hot flashes and was hoping that it would help more.

This is a wonderful product! As soon as I put it around my neck, I am instantly cooled. I'm not sure how long it stays frozen/cold because it cools me down so quickly. I am so happy this works as advertised.
