Taste of the Wild Wetlands Grain-Free Dry Dog Food with Roasted Duck 28lb

This is my dog’s favorite and it’s healthy. They have been on this brand since they have been able to eat and one of my pups is 11 yrs old! The store I had been getting it from has been out, so I looked on Amazon and found it. The best part is the price was $5 less.

This food helped me get my American Akita rescue up to his normal weight in less than a year! Though Inhad tonise a maze bowl! He is the tall one in the pic! 125 pounds from 95 in January.

I have a pack of six, including two terrier mixes, a beagle, and two herding mixes. They're anywhere from 1 year to 9 years old, and all happily eat this food. Previously I'd tried a variety of standard and grain free foods, but I could never get all six to agree on a food and I didn't notice any significant changes in health with any particular brand.The Taste of the Wild Wetlands formula food seems a step above. Their bowel movements are regular and healthy looking, stomach upset is very uncommon now, and their coats appear healthier. My nine year old beagle and eight year old Aussie shepherd/ACD mix have noticeably better energy levels as well, and the patch of dry flaky skin on my beagle's back has cleared up.I'm now doing a mixed diet with dry only in the mornings, and half dry mixed with a quality chicken or fish based canned in the later afternoon, supplemented with cooked vegetables occasionally. It's expensive compared to the cheaper food brands, but I've never seen my dogs healthier or happier.

The product is great. The price was great but they changed it. They were competitive with tractor supply, now they are crazy high $80+ for 24 pounds. It would be cheaper to feed my dog eggs and chicken breasts.

I had to hesitate when answering the "flavor" question....lol, but my dog LOVES all of the varieties so, I answered 5 stars. The product is a little more expensive than others....but considering the high quality of the ingredients, I believe its worth it for my precious pooch. My girl is 13 years old....and no one can believe it. She runs around like a puppy...and I attribute that to the good food that I have always given her. Its been Taste of the Wild for at least the last 5-6 years or so.

Dog seems to like it.I bought some cat food that my cat didn’t like, so she ate this dog food for about a week or two as well.

My mountain cur came to me from a hunt camp where he was going to be put down for being gun shy. He’d subsisted on scraps and puddle water before I got him and we slowly introduced this food to him. He’s now eaten this twice daily for over a year and never turns his nose up at it. Digestive health, coat, and general health are greatly improved and his energy and play drive are still turned up to 11. If we change his food in the future, it would likely only be to another flavor of Taste if the Wild.We fed our retrievers this product previously as well. I trust this food.
