This worked so well.Our rescue had very bad diarrhea, and by the 6th day I looked into slippery elm. This has that, plus other wonderful ingredients! The container is small, but you don't need much to do the trick- after just ONE serving of this powder [mixed with his breakfast] his stools looked better. I think I used it 4x, 2 days total, before his stools were healthy and normal.Highly recommend!

Our dog has occasional mushy poops , so the vet recommended a probiotic.She didn’t tell me our dog could get terrible diarrhea from it !At first I thought he picked something up off the street, I ordered this and he wasn’t too impressed w the flavor ( it does have a strong smell)I put it over pumpkin on a lick mat to ensure he was ingesting it all and that helped.After his bowels returned to normal I started him back on his regular food and probiotic and again horrible diarrhea!Doing research I learned that potent formulas of probiotic can cause this.I started a diff brand of probiotic that is a powder and I increase incredibly slow, our dog still has some tummy issues - so I add this product into his food every time he gets a dose and every time I increase and it really helps so much ! I am so happy I learned how to utilize this product.If you’re transitioning your pup with another food or supplement definitely use this during that process .It’s a little pricey considering we have a large dog so I only gave 4 stars

We have 3 dogs, all of which have sensitive tummys. This product has been a game changer, and is now a staple part of our dogs diets. We use just a little with each meal for our dogs, and have noticed a huge difference in how often they experience GI issues. If you're looking for something to aid with your pups GI issues, look no further!

Discovered this when it was called Perfect Form. It worked wonders when nothing else, prescription or natural, would. I recommended it more times than I can count. I no longer do. After searching for it to no avail, I discovered they changed the name. In my opinion, a bad move as it was the name that made me check it out to begin with. But when I received this last canister I realized that it was about half the quantity than it was when it was called Perfect Form. I have giant dogs so when I need to use it, the small quantity was used up in no time. And the cost was not cut in half, just the quantity of product. I wrote Honest Kitchen regarding my disappointment. I heard nothing back. Especially disappointing as I also purchase their food products at times. A friend of mine recommended an organic slippery elm product in bulk that I now use instead of this item. She has often spoken of the over the top profit drive of the owners of Honest Kitchen. I did not pay that much attention, but this experience did serve to make me take note I am sorry to say. I have seen many other reviews addressing this same issue and it seems that what Honest Kitchen is failing to realize that whatever increase in profit they gain by reducing the product in half for the same cost they are now not only losing regular customers, but all new customers we all refer to the product. So although had this not occurred I would rate the original Perfect Form product 5 stars. This makes me want to rate it a one star and makes me question & wonder about the quality changes that might have occurred in the other items I usually purchase. Have they changed the ingredients? The quantities of the various ingredients? And for those who don't realize it, by law dog food manufacturers do not have to change their packaging immediately to reflect a change in the ingredients ...they might have 6 months to do so (can't recall exactly). Isn't that swell? So unless the company is 100% honest, it is legal to deceive us!

We have come to the conclusion that Dallas is a person. You can leave the kitchen for 1min to go to answer the door and upon return notice he is in his kennel crunching on a piece of bacon that was stolen from the kitchen counter (which means he had to jump on to a kitchen stool to grab it smh). Or my son will wake up in the middle of the night to notice his closet door is open and his bag of chips is missing (which means Dallas went through his bathroom into the closet, jumped onto the dresser and opened the door). No matter what precautions we take…Dallas finds a way. To make sure his stomach (and our pooper scooper) are paying the price for his stubbornness, we put a serving of this powder in his food every time. We know for a fact it works because the time or two we ran out…we could tell. We also know he does not like the taste so we have to make sure it is mixed up really good or else he won’t eat it. This little can lasts a long time and is worth every single cent.
