Good but I prefer to get only the heel support since the frontal part take up too much space in the shoe making it uncomfortable

I found these quite comfortable to stand on - they do increase height and I could "just about" fit them inside a pair of leather dress shoes comfortably.

Love these.... Not been far as I only walk to car and drive all time 😂I wear mens UK11 in size and wear hightop Nike.... These fitted perfectly in length and width and did not need any trimming......... Im already 6'1" and if honest got them to wind my grandson up cause in the blink of an eye he's as tall as me and always going on about his height but I find them comfortable.... Hard and inflexible.

I BOUGHT THESE AS I SUFFER WITH FALLEN ARCHES SO REALLY FLAT SHOES MAKE MY FEET ACHE BUT TOO HIGH AND THEY ALSO ACHE. THESE ADD JUST ENOUGH HEIGHT AND ELONGATE MY LEGS TOO. BEING SHORT IN THE LEG EVEN ANKLE BOOTS SEEM TO COME UP HIGH BUT THESE JUST ADD THAT LITTLE EXTRA TO MAKE THEM LOOK SHORTER. ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS THAT YOU NEED BOOTS THAT ARE WIDER TO ACCOMODATE OR THEY WILL MAKE THEM PINCH AND SOME SHOES WONT ACCEPT THEM WITHOUT YOUR HEELS COMING OUT BUT LONGER BOOTS AND CERTAIN ANKLE BOOTS ARE GREAT.
