THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE. Please read through this instruction manual carefully before use. It provides important usage information and maintenance methods in caring for your cookware to ensure optimum safety. CLEANING Do not use bleach or ammonia on stainless steel. Do not use steel wool to clean stainless steel, as it might leave behind carbon steel fragments that will rust Into the stainless steel surface. Use a nylon or stainless steel wool scouring pad instead. Do not use silver dip cleaners on stainless steel. They will leave a stains. HEAT TEMPERED GLASS LID Avoid putting the glass lid over or near a heating source as it will damage the breakage-resistant quality and will cause the glass lid to break easily. ATTENTION Adjust the burner so that the heat touches only the bottom of the cookware and will not extend up to the edge, which might damage the handle(s). Also, keep the handle(s) away from heating or electric unit that may cause danger. After the cookware is heated, the stainless steel handle(s) or knob may become hot. Ensure to put on gloves before touching it. Remember that under all circumstances, safety is the highest priority. For non-stick frying pan, no stainless steel or hard utensil should be used so as to prevent the non-stick coating from over-scratching. In order to guarantee longer life for the coating, nylon or wooden utensil would be recommended

3.2 quarts doesn't equal 2L
I bought this kettle for is large capacity, I like to heat water to bathe with. 3.2 quarts is close to a gallon of water, and that is enough for me. I received it and saw that it was smaller than I expected, thinking it held almost a gallon of water. Then I saw listed in all the foreign languages printed on all sides of the box, that it was in fact only 2L which is only .52 gallons or 2.08 quarts. The kettle seems well made with heavy gauge metal and a thick bottom. The pour spout is trigger activated and locks open, it worked well. So beware, this is not as large as it is made out to be. Yes, I should have done the math beforehand, but 3.2 quart was most prominently advertised, I was given no reason to doubt the claims. I guess it will get twice the use.

NothappywithTeakettle
I began using the teakettle on 7/8/19, even though I had it for a few weeks. I was out of town and did not have an opportunity to use it. Thus, I only used this teakettle for a week, when on 7/16, I noticed that rust stains had developed on the inside and bottom of the teakettle.I am not happy with this at all. I am also not happy that I am unable to return it, since the window closed on 7/13.Not a good product!

Too hot to touch
Bought this tea kettle to replace our old one. It was quite a bit smaller but the real issue was the handle which remained extremely hot after boiling water. Poorly insulated handle caused us to return it.

WARNING: HOT METAL HANDLE BURN POTENTIAL
Don't contact the metal handle components after bringing water to a boil, there is a burn potential due to the poor design of the pot.
