(This is coming from someone with a 24 inch waist so trust me lol you can pull this thing tight or stretch it out as much as you need). I give it five stars. I am very satisfied with it, and as long as you don't run into any factory production issues (aka comes damaged, not what you ordered ect., which I personally think is very unlikely, even though there are some reviews about those things here), I think it will satisfy you as well. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with the other four😭.

Good design if adjustments are needed.
At my height (5’1”), the crinoline was a little bit too long, showing under the hem of dresses. However, the design has openings in the fabric casing, which allowed me to remove the lowest hoop. I plan to re-hem it & it should be fine.

Purchased and worn at the end of September. It has been worn 6 times. The 3rd time worn it determined to have a date with the trash can. Womp. Womp. Let me details out use so you can determine if it's right for you. Facts: 1- my daughter's dresses contain up to 10-12 yards of cotton material. They are handmade dresses to resemble the Victorian era. 2- while in dress they are worn for multiple hours indoors and out. 3- sometimes little feet may step on the slip accidentally. Huge *may* and just a quick whoopsie! As that means they are also on her dress. What has happened to her slip? The bottom is shearing. She has tendrils of fabric creeping behind her like a admiring fan. One of the hoops have came out, admittedly she helped it out not k owi g it was adjustable and she went "It's broke!" YANK! As I am slow motion saying, "Noooooo!" Every mom everywhere k ows exactly what I am talking about it. Overall- this is not the sturdiest hoop I have seen in all my years but also not thr very worst. It's literally mid.
