Super sharp for cutting Dyneema
Great ceramic knife with sheath.if you're like me, and do a fair amount of splicing with dyneema, you need a knife like this as the sharpest of regular knives go dull quickly. These ceramic knives just don't wear out. They are brittle, so care is needed to not break the blade off the handle, but I save the broken blades as they will be handy.

Sharp!
I have a couple of these that are an older version with a shorter blade. I have own those for approximately 7 years and they still function even though they have dulled down a bit. I am able to sharpen them up a bit but never as good as new. When I found these on Amazon I didn’t hesitate and like that they have about an inch longer cutting blade. They are extremely lightweight but easy to hold and control with the handle design. These are ceramic composite so will snap if you try to use it for prying but, they are not that brittle so can handle some reasonable abuse. The two things I don’t care for is the weird sheath and the price. I believe these can be a few dollars cheaper. Overall I like this ceramic knife. I got a ton of good use out of the old ones and hopefully will get the same from the new one. I just wish they had a more robust color options other than black. Black color has a tendency to “disappearing” in cabinet drawers because they are harder to see.

Super Sharp and no Rust. What u want!
Yeah this is a great knife for kayak fishers. When your kayak fishing stuff just gets wet with the saltwater and this knife does not rust like every other knife I've gone through.

Not just for fishing.
I bought this to carry while saltwater fishing.I left it on the kitchen table. It has become our go to knife for paring and some times eating. It is sharper after a year than our other ceramic knives.

Useful, sharp and light
I find myself using it frequently in the kitchen. Easy to care for, Low maintenance. Comfortable handle, good balance.

I REALLY wish someone would compare it to the $65 Ghost knife re durability.
Ideal size for effectiveness, usefulness, portability AND legally (eg. 4" blades are the limit to carry in my workplace-I walk or bicycle to and from work and sometimes respond to emergencies in the MRI scanner so it is legit concern to encounter loose dogs; and many municipalities limit knife blade length to 4" or less for routine carry. At this price point, I should just shove it into the next whole hog served at next party to test it out, but I would wish someone else compares this to the $65 Ghost version (3" blade but still the closest option). Ghost claims theirs is stronger BUT offered no data.

Holy crap it’s sharp
I don’t think I’ve ever had a knife this sharp right out of the box. It almost puts exacto knives to shame. I’m a bit nervous to use it, but when I have it’s like a hot knife through butter. Obviously you can’t be super rough on it since it’s ceramic. I’ll update again after I’ve had it a while and see how it does.
